Do you offer refunds?


Yes, all pieces of art from Discover Ilkley Art offer a free refund up to 60 days after delivery of your product. If you want to return your purchase please contact discoverilkleyart@ilkleymanorhouse.org




What is the delivery process when ordering from Discover Ilkley Art?


When ordering your product from Discover Ilkley Art, the local artist who has created your piece or the shop will offer delivery options for purchasing your art depending on the product. If your delivery is outlined when ordering your product, delivery costs will be added to your final price at the checkout. The artist will then contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order and estimated delivery time. If your delivery option is to be arranged by the artist, the artist will contact you following your online purchase to discuss delivery options within 48 hours of your online order. They will then arrange deliver or collection with you in a seperate transaction. Please note this may or may not incur extra costs. If you change your mind with your purchase after ordering online and organising delivery, you can request a refund by emailing discoverilkleyart@ilkleymanorhouse.org.




How do I order from Discover Ilkley Art?


To order your products, find your preferred artist, medium or shop and select the product you'd like to purchase. Add the product into your cart and make sure you understand the delivery terms of that product. If the product's delivery option is to be arranged, the artist will contact you to arrange delivery which potentially may incur further costs. Once the product is in your cart, select checkout and pay for your products. You will then recieve order confirmation and an order confirmation email. The artist will then contact you within 48 hours to confirm and arrange delivery. If there are any issues or problems with this process please email discoverilkleyart@ilkleymanorhouse.org




What should I do if I haven't recieved my order yet?


If you have ordered a product, received delivery confirmation from the artist but have not recieved your product after the time outlined by your artist, please get back in touch with the artist to track details of delivery and to ensure your item has been shipped. How do I request a refund?


To request a refund please confirm with discoverilkleyart@ilkleymanorhouse.org and quoting your order number and name. We will then process your refund as soon as we can.
