When ordering your product from Discover Ilkley Art, the local artist who has created your piece or the shop will offer delivery options for purchasing your art depending on the product.
How do I order from Discover Ilkley Art?
To order your products, find your preferred artist, medium or shop and select the product you'd like to purchase. Add the product into your cart and make sure you understand the delivery terms of that product.
What should I do if I haven't recieved my order yet?
If you have ordered a product, received delivery confirmation from the artist but have not recieved your product after the time outlined by your artist, please get back in touch with the artist to track details of delivery and to ensure your item has been shipped.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund please confirm with discoverilkleyart@ilkleymanorhouse.org and quoting your order number and name. We will then process your refund as soon as we can.
